Dr. Madalynn Peterson
Dr. Madalynn Peterson is a native of San Francisco, CA. She expressed an interest in the field of communications at an early age. With singing, acting, broadcasting, and repairing equipment as her hobbies, she embarked upon a lengthy and fun-filled career in the industry of Television, Radio and Intern In 1975 she wrote a radio play entitled, “From Whence We Come”, which aired on KPOO FM. Then in 1976, she entered the Broadcasting Department at San Francisco State University, where she co-wrote and co-produced a TV program entitled, “No Christmas for Danny.”
It was in that same year that she created a program which made broadcasting history, “Gospel Search.” was the first gospel music program to air on Viacom Cable of San Francisco through KSFS-Radio SF State College University to the surrounding cities. Gospel Search was also the first to produce a Gospel Music Radio-thon which aired August 22, 1981 on KUSF-FM 90.3 FM, a non-profit station that connected radio links to commercial radio stations KEST 1450 AM, KDIA 1310AM, and KSOL 107.7 FM. Its primary focus of this radio-thon was to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ through preaching, teaching and music. Gospel Search expanded from a local radio show to a world-wide TV and internet-based program.
In addition to her show, Dr. Peterson has also established a non-profit ministry, 1996 Glorious Communications Network (GCN). It is aimed at developing and supporting the spiritual needs of families across the nations and throughout the world. It also provides support and mentoring for youth interested in the audio and visual arts. Dr. Peterson is currently being aired on Television in Berkeley, CA Channel 28; Antioch, CA Channel 26; Mobile, AL Channel 50; Chicago, IL Channel 34; Warren, OH Channel ; Washington State Public Access; you can see Gospel Search on U-Verse Government Channel Berkeley and VCAP Vallejo www.GospelSearchtv.net.
She has also received many awards and honors such as Woman and Announcer of the Year. Most recently, she has become the first Northern California Christian Broadcaster to be inducted into The Broadcasters Hall of Fame of Akron Ohio Class 2007.
Dr. Peterson is a visionary, a Pastor, a broadcaster, a leader, a mother, and a sister. But most importantly, she is a woman of God!

A man who loves to create programs. He is an award winning television producer. He has been producing Gospel Search TV with host Dr. Madalynn Peterson for more than 18 years. He also produces several other great shows: Education In Our Community, Berkeley School Sports, many more shows.
